Even without visible damage, get an assessment if you plan to add floors, change how a floor is used, buy an older building, or if there has been deep excavation or construction next door.দৃশ্যমান ক্ষতি না থাকলেও যদি তলা বাড়ানো, কোনো তলার ব্যবহার বদলানো, পুরনো ভবন কেনার পরিকল্পনা থাকে, অথবা পাশে গভীর খনন বা নির্মাণ হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে অ্যাসেসমেন্ট করান।

Do not panic, and do not hide cracks with plaster before they are inspected, because the pattern of a crack tells an engineer a lot.
